Add interactive charting.

"Dashboards" have become extremely popular in the past few years. From a technical standpoint this largely consists of charting with a more interactive nature. Hovering over a bar on a bar chart brings up the value of that bar. Clicking on it lets you get more information on whatever is related to that specific part of the graph. It may include some navigation options inside the graph itself, adding elements, zooming in, etc.

Crystal clear has relatively simple link based navigation. This is starting to look clunky compared to more interactive and intuitive navigation that's becoming more standard (largely web 2.0 and javascript based). It's my belief that a more seamless approach to reporting is needed. There's several products that do this, but they're largely VERY expensive, or not nearly as easy to use as Crystal Clear.
